Alpha Omega Labs'
The immune-building "Anti-Plague" formula was created on what seemed like a whim by the late Dr. Christopher
So how did it gain such "cult status" among so many American herbalists?
The short answer --- it works.

{xtypo_dropcap}M{/xtypo_dropcap}any proprietary herbal formulas are created, with or without health claims, subsequent clinicals, or elaborate marketing schemes by their creators. A few become popular enough to become standard bearers on the shelves of herbalists throughout the formula's culture of origin. The vast majority of these products live out their lives, often experiencing fortunes that parallel those of their creators -- and then slowly sink into obscurity --- not unlike their pharmaceutical cousins. At the other end of the spectrum are those formulas that work quite well, gain substantial popularity among its users, and gain a "cult status" among its fans.
Such is the case with Anti-Plague. Though Anti-Plague -- and this would include imitation formulas which it spawned -- has seen a surprising number of incarnations, the basic formula itself came from a customer request to create a product that would help a family "survive the coming Plagues" -- (an obvious reference of the millennialist Christian's belief in humanity's coming tribulations). Though the response given by Dr. Christopher®* was quite focussed on the issue and reverential to the querant's quest, the formula itself has grown in popularity that far exceed the boundaries under which it was created. (For those who wish to look deeper, we provide the original video of Dr. Christopher® discussing the Anti-Plague formula.]
In recreating the Dr. Christopher® formula, we have strictly adhered to the original formula, except for the addition of Olive Leaf Extract. (See column at right). The instructions are simple: take one Tablespoon (15 ml.) once per day -- holding the product sublingually for 15 to 20 seconds before swallowing. This is the "maintenance dosage." For colds and flu, take 2 oz. per hour in the early, pre-symptom (i.e. prodromal) stages.

One of the reasons we collaborated on this formula is our own sense of "fair play." As good as this product is, our feeling was that $16.95 for just 4 fl. oz. -- (a common retail price point for this product), was a bit excessive. It amounts to only eight days of dosages at the recommended 1 tablespoon (15 ml.) per day. (Anti-Plague is not a tincture -- nor are the herbs uncommon.)
