The file is over 125k - and is best suited for those who want to see all products broken down into no more than two pages, and have a fast, broadband connection. All new products are introduced into one of these two pages first. (2) SLOW MODEM CONNECTIONS: Use our multiple page order form for quicker downloads.

AO's YAHOO STORE

Intuitive and easy to use. We make our own Yahoo store available to those who want yet another shopping cart alternative -- easy on slower connection speeds and broken down into categories. AO Labs Store is "Top Rated" --- its highest accolade, which means that over 95% of all our customers submit positive feedback (less than 5% of all Yahoo Stores garner this rating).

If you experience any problems with either store, please let us know. Also, remember that we still have our offline-order form from which you can place orders -- as well as a special page offering alternative methods of ordering from Alpha Omega Labs.

SHIPPING POLICY: We have both shopping site calculators defaulted to "None." That is, we do shipping calculations offline to give our customers the best deal on delivery. If all our customers were in North America, we wouldn't have to do this, but we ship to more than 50 different countries - so no shopping program we have found is as flexible as we need it to be. Know that we only charge you the exact shipping charged to us (be it UPS, Postal, DHL, Federal Express, etc.) Also, we do not overnight anything without your express permission. As always, if you have questions, you can always ask for a quote. If you have SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS, be sure to include these in the comment section of your order. PLEASE NOTE: Since shipping charges are added offline, these will not appear in the "Grand Total" charge on your shopping cart invoice receipt - but will appear with your delivery order receipt.
E-CART LOGIN NAME: You don't have to log into the site as a "member," if you don't want to. But there are good reasons for doing so: you won't have to enter all your shipping and billing information every time you place an order, all you do is enter it once and use a "User Name" and "Password" whenever you use our store to place an order. Again, it is your choice - another feature that exists to try to make your shopping experience easier and more pleasant.
Returns / Refunds: To improve our own customer service performance we request that customers fill out this short form if they decide to return a product. It takes less than five minutes to complete and submit via the web --- and is greatly appreciated.
