What are the different ways to order from Alpha Omega Labs?
There are several:
(1) Our Online Stores. The vast majority of our customers -- those in possession of a major credit card -- order over our web site, altcancer.net (also accessed through herbhealers.com), where they use one of our online order forms. There are some browser platforms with which our store does not work well (see question 401 below), but for the majority of users the store works fine. Customers in North America get their product, on the average, in about one week.
(2) Call Our Office in the Bahamas. That number is (242) 380-8068. If a staff member cannot take your order, leave a message and you will be contacted shortly. Also, read our alternative ordering page.
(3) Email Your Order. We need the usual: your name, mailing address, phone number, email address -- and the order itself: item, description, quantity, subtotal for each item (get pricing from the site itself), and if your order is being shipped to somewhere in North America, add $3.25 USD for shipping, regardless of order size. Lastly, write down your credit card number and expiration date. We will send you a confirmation when we receive your order.
(4) Send Your Order to Nassau. Write down the information from #3 above and send it to our Bahamiam address (found on the home page). Going this route, you can pay by credit card or by enclosing a personal or business check. This method takes the longest, and you should allow 4 to 5 weeks delivery time if you go this route.

Does your online store work well with all browser platforms?
No. In fact, it doesn't work well at all with AOL or WebTV platforms, which we regard as inferior. The problems with AOL strike some people as odd because AOL incorporates Microsoft Internet Explorer -- but inferior it is. The best way to access our store is to use a service provider along with either of the two major leading browsers, MSIE or Netscape Navigator. Microsoft Internet Explorer, used in conjunction with the supplier of broadband internet service (and not within AOL) is currently the best browser to view our site. This is because we favor IE within our web design environment, and some of our code choices will not respond to Navigator.

How long does it usually take to get your order?
About a week from the time we receive your order in the Bahamas (or via the net). And that's if you live in North America. If you live in Europe, about two weeks from the time we receive your order; the Middle East, closer to three, and in Australia and New Zealand, about ten days to two weeks. All of this assumes we're sending air mail. By surface or "ground," expect receipt in four to six weeks, which is admittedly ridiculous by most people's standards.

What kind of customer support do you offer, and for how long after I purchase one of your products?
We offer support by email at support@altcancer.net. The cost is always free, and it's available whenever you need it -- even if you haven't purchased an Alpha Omega product in years. It should be pointed out that our advice is that of master herbalists. And despite the fact that many health care professionals, including M.D.'s, call us for our input, we are NOT ALLOPATHIC PHYSICIANS AND YOU CANNOT REGARD OUR COUNSEL AS MEDICAL ADVICE. If you want "medical advice," you have to go to a licensed medical doctor. For those seeking our herbalist advice, we have a special request page. If you wish to speak with one of us by phone, still email us and provide your phone number, address (so we know your time zone), and local times (your local times) when you are available to talk. We will call you back shortly.

In what currencies do you accept payment?

We have both U.S. and Canadian dollar accounts. However, for those outside North America, we deal primarily and preferably in U.S. dollars. If you are paying with a credit card, it shouldn't matter. All major card companies make the currency conversions for you.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

Yes... and our guarantee is unconditional.
