Shipping Policy: We have both shopping site calculators defaulted to "shipping disabled". That is, we do shipping calculations offline to give our customers the best deal on delivery. If all our customers were in North America, we wouldn't have to do this, but we ship to more than 50 different countries - so no shopping program we have found is a flexible as we need it to be. Know that we only charge you the exact shipping charged to us (be it DHL or the Ecuadorean Postal Service.

C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery) Orders: We currently offer no COD service.
Returns: We verify all names and ship to addresses when orders are placed via phone so that there are no mistakes. Please check your addresses and spelling to make sure your order arrives to the intended receiver.
Pre-paid Shipments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We do not currently accept mail-in pre-payments.
PLEASE NOTE: Since shipping charges are added offline, these will not appear in the "Grand Total" charge on your shopping cart invoice receipt, but will appear on your invoice included with your order. If you have any questions, or need your total with shipping charges to send payment, you can always ask for a quote. If you have SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS, be sure to include these in the comment section of your order.
