Each of these formulas carries the same directions: take one fluid
ounce per day (two Tablespoons, for those using U.S. Customary measures);
this is the same as about 30 milliliters. Your health care
professional (if you are using one) may recommend a different
dosage. Each bottle contains one quart (a little less than one liter),
making each bottle a little in excess of one months' supply,
which corresponds, dosage-wise, to the supply in one bottle of
